The complex was amazing for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The reception area was lovely, and the rooms were spacious and well-maintained. The view from the high floors was incredible, overlooking the beach. Additionally, there was plenty of parking space available.

There were a few drawbacks. The cleanliness of the rooms could have been better, as we found some mascara spots and coffee spills.

The units at Building Stefan Resort Sud are just perfect for a relaxing stay. The flat-screen TV and private bathroom with free toiletries make you feel right at home. It's like having your own little sanctuary by the beach!

Personally, I found the soundproofing in the studio to be a bit lacking. But hey, some people might enjoy the hustle and bustle of beach life seeping in.

The restaurant at the resort offers a delightful variety of Greek, Italian, and Mediterranean cuisine. I was pleasantly surprised by the mix of flavors that transported my taste buds to a culinary adventure reminiscent of a world tour!

the best thing about the property is its front-sea location. We enjoyed waking up to the breathtaking view every morning. the superior apartment was amazing, with a luxurious appearance and a big balcony that offered stunning views all around. the cleaning service was excellent, and they even replenished the free coffee capsules. the Azimuth beach and terrace in front of the hotel were fantastic, offering great food and music.

It truly felt like our money was well-spent. Cons: Nothing could have been better!

I recently stayed at this beautiful hotel right across from the beach. The luxurious appearance and brand new feel were impressive. The front desk staff was great at check-in and the bed in the room was incredibly comfortable. The hotel is well located, clean, and the staff is very friendly. The Italian restaurant on the premises is also very good and open late. a great experience.

the property is right on the beach and offers plenty of parking space. I was lucky enough to rent a room on the 9th floor, which provided a stunning view. the bed was extremely comfortable and there was even a coffee machine in the room. the reception area was lovely and the staff were welcoming. the rooms were spacious and the cleaning staff were friendly and accommodating. having a kitchenette was a definite plus for a longer stay.
